As far as I know, you get the acknowledgement receipt after the enrolment. And after the enrollment is done you can track your status online.

You can check your status regardless of the acknowledgement slip if you know your enrollment details. Also, if you have a duplicate copy of your Aadhar or Voter card it will serve you the purpose of the original one.
To get the duplicate copy visit the UDAI website at:
https://resident.uidai.gov.in/find-uid-eid
Enter personal information such as name, email address, mobile number, and OTP. After this, enter the OTP you just received on your mobile and/or email address. Verify your OTP and you will receive your Aadhar card number or Enrollment ID. With the Aadhar card number or Enrollment ID you can download your Aadhar card.
To download your Voter Slip, you can visit Chief Electoral Officer, Delhi website:
https://ceodelhi.gov.in/home.aspx
Choose ‘Search your name in the Electoral Roll’.
Enter your credentials.
Choose ‘Search’.
You can see your name on the page.
Choose ‘view details’.
Your voter slip will be generated which can be downloaded for future reference.
