To know if a layout is HMDA-approved, you can visit the HMDA website and check out the approval of the property. If you cannot check it by visiting the website you can write a letter to HMDA at advisory@hmda.gov.in and also Whatsapp No. 7331185149 by providing the details of the property.
To check HMDA approved property via the website:
Go to:
https://www.hmda.gov.in/
Tap on ‘Land Usage’.
Choose ‘“Details of Lands developed as Layouts”
Tap on “DPMS citizens search”
Fill in “File No:” or “Permit No”.
Hit on the Search button.
