You must know that the BBMP started maintaining two separate registers, the BBMP A khata and B Khata. A list of allowed or partially authorised properties in Bangalore can be found in the first register, which includes “A Khata” properties. The second register, which provides for “B Khata” properties, contains information about unlicensed or partially licenced properties in Bangalore. If your property is licensed, it will be A khata.
