Is it weird that I see a lot of people asking this question?

I am amazed that I came across this platform as I thought I was the only one with this unique idea of giving my shop to a bank ATM on rent. Many people like me have dropped their questions saying “I want to rent my shop for bank ATM. What is the process?”

Fella, I found this information.

  1. Go to the bank and ask the manager about the process

  2. Submit the application offering your property on lease for ATM installation. 

  3. Check out notifications on bank websites and local newspapers with ads that invite applications for shop on lease to install ATM.

I personally had a hard luck with that but I took a chance and posted my property on NoBroker as well just so that I would find a good tenant who will pay rent on time and was up for a longer association. I got’em and now my shop is a medical store. You too can do the same.
