Hi buddy,

I have helped a real estate agent get registered on the MahaRERA platform before, so I know the process as well as the documents required during the process.

How to Register in RERA Maharashtra

Go to the online portal of Maharashtra RERA.

 

  • Tap on ‘New Registration’ to create a new user.

  • After that, you will be directed to a new window, wherein you will need to choose ‘User Type’ (real estate agent/promoter/citizen).

  • Fill in all the required details based on the selected user type.

  • You are then required to verify your email ID before logging in to your account.

List of documents needed to register as an agent or promoter on MahaRERA: As an Agent

  • PAN card

  • Articles of Association

  • Memorandum of Association

  • Letterhead’s self-certified copy with a rubber stamp

  • Self-certified copies of every letterhead

  • Acknowledgement receipts proposed

  • ITR of the last three years of the declaration

  • Any pending civil or criminal cases

  • Particulars of Maharashtra RERA registration, such as the bye-laws

As a Promoter

  • PAN card

  • Legal title report’s copy

  • Form-B Declaration

  • Certificates from the architect (Form-1)

  • Certificates from the CA (Form-5)

  • Certificates from the CA (Form-3)

  • Certificates from the architect (Form-4)

  • Certificates from the Engineer (Form-2)

  • Details of encumbrance

  • Commencement certificates

  • Building plan approval copy and layout approval copy

  • Signed proforma of the allotment letter and sale agreement
