  1. Legal Heir Certificate, Succession Certificate, Death Certificate, Sale Deed, or Any Property Deed copy

  2. Notarized affidavit cum indemnification bond on Rs. 50 stamp paper Non-Judicial Stamp paper for Rs. 20 for each copy of documents

  3. Encumbrance Certificate as of the most recent date

  4. Both the Vendee and the Vendor must sign a notice of transfer under the GHMC Act (Section 208)
