Chandanagar in Hyderabad is a great place for land investment especially because it is well within the vicinity of major IT companies like Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Honeywell and many more. If you are planning to purchase a plot for residential purposes then the scope of investment is good as many IT professionals look for accommodations in that area for the amount of facilities they may have. In fact students and younger folks are also keen on looking for a rental property in Chandanagar as there are top educational institutions located in this area such as Indian School of Business, IIIT Hyderabad, Hyderabad Central University and newly established IIT Hyderabad. 

You can look at purchasing the land for commercial purposes as well since there are many companies already situated in Chanda Nagar and many more to come. You can yield commercial rental profits easily from your land. 

The per square feet price of the land in Chanda Nagar Hyderabad is Rs. 4900 to Rs. 5200. The growth prospects in 2018-2019 was at 9%, whereas in 2019-2020 it was at 6%. 

Now coming to Lingampally, in the past few years, this area has shown better growth than Chanda Nagar.
