As an owner, you should inform your tenants in writing. You will have to give enough time for the tenants to find an alternative (the time period as mentioned in the agreement). It is not possible to ask your tenants to vacant the house immediately. The tenant can file a case against the owner if he/she unlawfully tries to evict the house under the Rent Control Act. So, it is better to have a discussion with the tenants and provide a written notice period to the tenants.
