  • DKT land, or Darakastu land, is wasteland assigned by the Andhra Pradesh government to the poor and downtrodden individuals in the state.

  • No transactions such as sale or purchase can occur on this land.

  • The assignee of DKT land cannot sell it to anyone else.

Beneficiaries:

  • People who live in poverty, primarily from Other Backward Classes (OBC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Scheduled Castes (SC), are the beneficiaries of DKT land.

Restrictions:
