Hi Buddy,

According to my knowledge, you can surely do griha pravesh for your furnished house. Furniture, cupboards, and shelves are part of home decor and it will be there before you get the final handover of your apartment. Also, the first thing that you need to do after entering any new home is "grah pravesh," or "house warming ceremony." Which has nothing to do with furniture inside your house. However, you can also perform a Vastu puja separately, by taking expert advice from any Vastu consultant about the furniture’s placement in your home.
