I am an NRI. I have been staying in the USA for the past 30 years. Now I am a retired person, and I want to go back to my country, India. I was born in Bangalore, raised in Pune and my education was from Gurgaon. Hence, I am having an emotional attachment to all the 3 cities. Hence, it is very difficult to figure out the result of Bangalore VS Gurgaon VS Pune.

The thinking and outlook of non-resident Indians (NRIs) toward the Indian property market have altered dramatically in the aftermath of the COVID-19 outbreak. Previously, more NRIs bought properties; currently, active professionals are looking for homes. Naturally, these professionals are no longer tied to their hometowns for a decent retirement, and their options and worries have shifted as a result.
