I think that investing in Aerospace Park currently is a great idea and could yield high returns in the future. It may seem far from the city now, but the rate at which Bangalore city is expanding, very soon the connectivity would further improve. Aerospace Park is in North Bangalore and is very close to the Bangalore International Airport. I've heard air quality is better in north Bangalore due to more open space.
There are 3 amazing projects by reputed builders within the campus, one of which is Brigade El Dorado. The standard of living would be high, I feel so so many good projects would be in close vicinity. If someone is thinking from an investment perspective in Bangalore, Brigade El Dorado is a great choice.
I've stayed in Brigade properties earlier, builder is trustworthy, with great construction quality.

Well, since you asked about the review, I would like to point out that Brigade Eldaro is a project which is subdivided into tiny projects. Under Brigade Eldorado you will find projects such as Gallium, Helio, Jasper, Feldspar, and Krypton. The project offers good amenities such as a 10-acre central park, swimming pools, clubhouses, kid's play area, multipurpose hall and other interesting amenities. The pricing of the project is also decent. I cannot complain about this project since I cannot find one. I feel the project is located in a decent location with all the accessibility you want. I am still awaiting more more

I've been looking to invest in North Bangalore. Comparing between Prestige Finsbury park Vs. Brigade Eldorado. I'm yet to do site visits. But I did my research on Brigade Eldorado Bangalore and my observations below:
Brigade Eldorado location is in Bagalur, North Bangalore and is just 15-20 minutes distance away from Bangalore Kempegowda International Airport. The project is situated in Aerospace Tech Park, where Rolls Royce, Boeing and some other offices have become already operational. Shell Technology Center is minutes away. Manyata Tech Park is 18 kms away. Also the area is surrounded by a lot greenery.
Brigade Eldorado Aerospace Park also has a 4-screen multiplex inside the campus, there is a golf course, tennis courts, football and cricket fields, skating rink. basketball and multiple swimming pools and clubhouse offered as amenities. Kids' play area, Farm Cafe has been proposed as well.
Brigade Eldorado Bangalore will have 2 and 3 bhk flats in various configurations. The super built up area for 2bhk starts at 795 sq feet. And Brigade Eldorado price starts at Rs. 35 lakhs, which makes it a good price from investment perspective. Also, the construction seems to be designed by a spain based architect.
Also, North Bangalore is a good place to invest in Bangalore currently, because of booming real estate, proximity to airport and also less pollution.
