In a multi-storied apartment, the owner/developer/builder after construction sells the flats to the interested buyers by registering the UDS and or constructed area. But in the land revenue records, the ownership of the land still reflects the old owner. Do the flat owners get Patta/Khata for the UDS of the land in their name, so that in the land revenue records, the ownership changes from the old owner to all the flat buyers in the apartment?
