Hey friend,

DC converted property is a legal process where agricultural land is converted for non-agricultural uses in Karnataka. I conducted some preliminary research on the topic and found that DC conversion is mandatory for procuring A khata of property. You will need to submit proper paperwork and DC conversion to change B – Khata Building to A Khata.
