Hi there,

Property name transfer online procedure in case of pagdi property is different from other property transactions of similar nature. Many people are confused if there is any cost of changing name on house deeds. Let me tell you, there is a cost involved in property name transfer procedure. 

I’ve read somewhere that the tenant has to pay 1/3rd share of market value to landlord for transfer of tenancy. 

You can obtain the signatures of all the legal heirs and obtain NOC from them to get property name transfer online.
