His powers should be to take stringent actions for only corruption and nothing else

You can request for a change in schedule by visiting the BBMP office. Just submit the necessary documents (Letter to ARO, Khata certificate & extract, latest tax paid receipt, sale deed copy) and the officials will do the needful. You will get an acknowledgment slip for the same.
