If you want to remove your old property owner’s name and signature from your patta, then follow the below process:

  • Go to your nearest Taluk or Village Administration Officer’s (VAO) office.

  • Ask them for the form to get the name removed.

  • Mention all the required details without any mistakes.

  • Submit it.

  • Also, submit supporting documents like a sale deed, along with any other legal documents.

  • Get the final receipt.

After that, confirm with the department and make sure that the prior owner's name has been deleted from your Patta document.
