Having a good night's sleep is really important. It helps to strike a healthy balance among your physical, mental and emotional well being. Not to forget, your health is affected positively when you have a good sleep. While all of this is really important, have you ever thought about in which direction we should sleep? “In which direction one should sleep sir?” I asked.He said that while there are 4 directions that we know of mainly, if you sleep with your head towards the south or east direction, it would be healthy. Vastu suggests that sleeping in the south eliminates health related problems and keeps illness away.
He explained that our body has its own north and south poles thus if you sleep with your head towards the south direction, you will be lining up your magnetic energy with the Earth’s magnetic energy. But if you sleep with your head in the north direction, you will have the same energy fields with the Earth which will cause repulsion. This can cause headaches and high blood pressure.
