  1. Visit the closest branch of IPPB or IPPB Customer Service Point by 

visiting the following website and locating your closest branch.
  1. Call 155299 with any questions or complaints (Charges apply per your telecom plan). Call the toll-free number 1800 8899 860 to report illegal transactions or to block a debit card.

You can use the complaint escalation matrix below if you don't receive a response to your issue or receive an unsatisfactory response.

  • You can contact the branch manager of your local branch or home branch if your issue is not handled to your satisfaction in 7 working days.

  • You can speak with the circle nodal officer within business hours on working days if the branch manager has not satisfactorily addressed your concern after being escalated within 7 working days.

  • You may also approach the Principal Nodal Officer within business hours (Official time details) on working days if your concern has not been satisfactorily resolved after being escalated to the circle nodal officer after 9 working days.
