Hi so Airtel is pretty good is what I would say. Like they have a strong connection across Bangalore. I have had a decent experience overall since the time I got the broadband from them. The speed is pretty consistent, you don’t find a lot of lag.
Yes, there can be service disruptions sometimes but they send alerts through SMS so it is nice to be updated and be aware of the status. But yes I was talking to a friend the other day and he was saying he had raised complaints regarding speed and he didn’t get a proper response for weeks. So then he just cut the connection.
That doesn’t say a lot of good things about their customer service but that was his experience so I can’t say for sure. With broadband and all the experience can kinda vary but I feel Airtel is still reliable.

Hi, I saw you asking is Airtel broadband good in Bangalore and I can share my opinion about it. I have been using Airtel’s broadband for a couple of years now and I think they are one of the best options you have in the market. I will expand on this by sharing my experience.
Is Airtel’s Broadband Good?
In the past 2 years, I won’t deny that there have not been any issues with the broadband, but the good part has been the quick resolving skills of Airtel. I feel that the Airtel Thanks app is quite useful in registering complaints and service requests and the engineers come to your house on the designated day and time.
The speed is also pretty good according to the plan you choose. I have not suffered any major lags in the internet quality through the broadband.
They have different plans according to your needs. There is a basic plan of Rs. 500 per month, which gives up to 40 Mbps of speed with unlimited calls and internet.
There is the standard plan, which offers internet at 100 Mbps, unlimited calls and internet at Rs. 800.
They have started giving subscription plans for OTTs like Disney plus Hotstar, Prime Video and more with their higher broadband plans.
The broadband can give up to 1 Gbps of speed with a landline for unlimited calls and more. So, I think they are quite good.
