The full form of RERA is Real Estate Regulation and Development Act. The parliamentary body of India passed this act in 2016. RERA ensures that the interest of homebuyers is safeguarded. To sell any property, property agents and projects need to be registered under the state-level RERA tribunal or authority. 

 

What is RERA certificate

   Bren Imperia RERA certificate :

Bren Imperia is a project developed by real estate developers called Bren Corporation. This deluxe apartment project located in Salarpur road, Bangalore is registered under the Karnataka RERA tribunal (KNRERA). The RERA Registration No. of Bren Imperia is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/170907/000390. This means that the builders ( Bren Corporation) have followed rules and regulations set by the RERA commission during the building and selling stage.
