Hi there,

Brokers can demand a huge amount of money as they help you connect with landowners. So, it's better to stay away from brokers. Instead, you can try to check out rented properties at NoBroker. NoBroker will provide you with the correct amount of money required for rent and you don't need to pay a single brokerage fee. But to give you an idea, the brokerage is on the monthly rent and not the maintenance fee (at least this is what I know)
