Dwarka Expressway also known as the Northern Peripheral Road extends for about 29 kms connecting Dwarka in Delhi to Gurugram in Haryana. The long extensive and well-built roads are actually worth investing in the properties located near it but my sister-in-law never felt safe there. She and her husband were checking out an apartment there but when I asked her is Dwarka Expressway safe to live in, she said no. She visited the area thrice and never could see the streets at night since the lights were never lit up. Let me share some pros and cons of it.

What are the pros and cons of Dwarka Highway?If you are an investor let me tell you that Dwarka Expressway will be an excellent choice to invest with a horizon of 3 to 5 years but currently, if you are a family man please avoid living there.
The residents are annoyed by the lack of street lights at night and there is robbery happening almost everyday. The situation makes the area accident prone as well and my sister-in-law believes people can even lose their lives even due to accidents so she had decided to drop the idea of having an apartment here.
I personally, after learning is Dwarka Expressway safe to live or not, myself will recommend you all to avoid investing there.
