Offline procedure for conversion of leasehold to freehold property :

Vist the DDA Vikas Sadan and ask them for the conversion brochure.
2. There will be an application form attached to the brochure. Fill out the blue form if you are the allottee.
3. On the other hand, if you (the applicant) has the power of attorney, fill the green form.
4. Mention all the details that were found on communication sent by the DDA to the allottee.
5. Submit the conversion form and pay the conversion charges.
6. If your documents are verified and approved, you will be contacted by the DDA.
Online procedure for conversion of leasehold to freehold property :1. You can check whether the property is freehold or not by visiting the official portal of
DDA (Delhi Development Authority )
All you have to do is enter the request id, challan number and flat type.
3. Once, you select the image and hit enter.
4. Details about the property including conversion status will be displayed.
