I love wooden furniture more than any other materials. From windows to doors or beds and chairs, we have everything made of wood and now we are to buy another double sized bed but do not know what kind of wood will be the best. My husband says that Sheesham wood or Indian rosewood is the best wood for furniture making and most preferred for making bed for which we are planning to opt for this time. There are a number of reasons for choosing it so let me share what I got to know about it till date.

Is Indian rosewood good for furniture?

Most of us, at least most of the people I know including me, have used teak wood for making furniture but recently I got to know that rosewood is actually cheaper than teak but is more durable. It is also termite-resistant and the grain pattern gives an elegant look to the furniture and that is why it is preferred so much. Since I have heard a lot about it from my friends as well, I believe Indian rosewood furniture India is definitely loved by all.

What else can be carved out of Indian Rosewood?

Indian Rosewood apart from being used for furniture is also used for making musical instruments, decorative items and veneers.

I am looking forward to buying rosewood tree furniture from now onwards and would suggest you to opt for it and know yourself whether it is worth it or not.
