Do know that no one will advise you to build any property on DC Converted land so if the land is not DC converted you are safe. But please do not go for B-Khata property. Let me list you the negative points about it so that you get to know why I am advising so

  1. You cannot avail loan against B khata property in National Banks

  2. B khata cannot be regarded as a proof for your ownership

  3. In many cases B khata property is regarded illegal and it is somewhat true as well as the property lacks solid proof of ownership

 

I would say just convert your B kahat property to A khata and live without any tension. Know how to do it here:
