By pasting the wall, there wasn’t any excess glue dripping everywhere. The painter worked in sections, pasting small areas of the wall at a time and carefully hanging the paper. This kept the area cleaner compared to the traditional method.
Another benefit was how quickly the wallpaper settled. Without the need to wait for the glue to dry on the wallpaper itself, the whole process was faster, allowing us to finish the
room in much less time.
In my experience, pasting the wall is definitely a better option if you want a simpler and cleaner wallpapering process.
