To apply for the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority scheme or MHADA, a certain set of criteria needs to be followed like

  • the applicant should be 18 years of age

  • he/she must have a domicile certificate

  • having a PAN card is also necessary

  • The applicant should have a stable income

  • The applicant or his/her family members should also not have any other property registered in their name.
