Hey,

‘A Khata’ is issued to properties situated within the BBMP’s jurisdiction. This Khata allows the property owner to pursue constructions on it and get a business or trade license. While ‘B Khata’ is offered for the land that has not received approval for the layout formation. So, as per my knowledge, all flats of a building belong to one type of Khata since the Khata is issued to the whole property.
