Is It Safe to Buy B Khata Property in Bangalore?

Buying a B-Khata flat in Bangalore can be risky. B-Khata properties are usually not fully approved by the local authorities, which means they may have some legal issues. These properties might not follow all building regulations thus making it harder to get loans or permits for future construction. Additionally, converting a B-Khata to an A-Khata can be difficult and expensive. So, I believe it's better to avoid B-Khata properties
