Is it worth buying a flat in Sheth Vasant Oasis?

My childhood friend is planning to move to Andheri East, Mumbai for work so he is looking to buy apartments there. I was with him when he visited the Vasant Oasis project to look at the conditions of the apartments. Let me give you my honest Vasant Oasis Review to help you make the right decision.

I loved the panoramic view of the city from the spacious apartments of Vasant Oasis. This project is developed on 18 Acres of land having 4, 3, 2, and 1 BHK apartments ranging from 665 square feet to 2830 square feet with all luxurious and modern amenities like Olympic size swimming pool, soothing water cascades, manicured gardens, multipurpose room, meditation deck, steam and sauna, hi-tech gymnasium, etc. Let me tell you about the nearby places.

When I talked to the residents there, they boasted of various amenities nearby locality from education to healthcare, theaters to restaurants, temples to shopping malls, and everything else for a convenient lifestyle for the entire family. They didn’t have any Vasant Oasis complaints besides the plumbing issue so don’t forget to check the plumbing before buying an apartment in this project.

With urbanisation and overpopulation, the rate of properties has only seen a steady increase over the past twenty years. Before buying a property, I conduct research on  it. I think the conceptualised design of the project is really nice. It gives an ambiance of luxury and poshness. All the amenities given to the residents provide comfort and fun to their lives. I have always wanted a swimming pool, gymnasium, and lawn tennis court in my housing complex. The project is also approved by MAHA RERA, the Registration Number is P51800032286.

To make sure I was making the correct decision, I spoke to a few people and read the Vasant Oasis Andheri East Review online. For the most part, the reviews were positive.
