I think it can be a smart move to purchase a 4BHK flat in Lodha Belmondo, Pune. The exact Lodha Belmondo address is in Gahunje, Pune, close to the Lodha Belmondo Golf Course, Mumbai Pune Expressway. This well-known residential property is popular for its opulent and cutting-edge features. I stayed here at a friend's house last week, and it's quite spacious and open. In this project, almost all the flats allow lots of sunlight. There is also plenty of parking available. 

The Lodha Belmondo price is higher than average, but it's worth it because it's a premium township. The communal rooms and apartments are kept up nicely.

The only problem I had was that there weren't many restaurants or grocery stores close to the Lodha Belmondo location due to its distance from the main city. But, the neighbourhood has good access to the city's commercial hubs and highways. In addition, it is encircled by dense vegetation, providing a calm and peaceful living space away from the pollution of the city.

The following are a few benefits of this project's location:

  • Numerous schools, including St. Xavier's High School and the Hiranandani Foundation School are situated nearby. 

  • Sanjeevani Hospital and Fortis Hospital are two hospitals that are near Lodha Belmondo.

  • There are several pubs, and shopping malls located within 5 km of this project.

Apart from this, Lodha Belmondo offers 20+ amenities such as a swimming pool, aerobics room, party area, shopping center, library, amphitheater, skating rink, WiFi, intercom, spa, servant room, and so on.

As per my Lodha Belmondo review, the luxurious living space, location, amenities, and peaceful atmosphere of this project make it the best option to invest in a 4 BHK flat.

The MCA Cricket Ground is already quite famous. There are several hotels and stays near the ground. The property demand is quite high in this area. Currently, the avg price is around Rs 9992/sq ft in Gahunje, MCA Cricket Ground. Now speaking about investing in a 4 BHK property at Lodha Belmondo, I think if you are buying it for personal use, then it’s a great option. However, if you are planning to buy it for investment purposes or renting it out, then I think it would be very difficult to find a tenant. As this area is already in the outskirts of Pune, people don’t opt to rent out a place this far. Even if someone wants to, he/she will rent a 1 BHK or 2 BHK apartment. So, if you want to buy it for personal use, then it’s a great deal!
