I believe Aparna Serene Park is one of the best projects worth investing in. Situated in Kondapur, this project has all the accessibility to the important areas in Hyderabad. This place is located near the Hafeezpet Flyover and it is only 3 km from the Outer Ring Road. The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is located 33 km away from Aparna Serene Project and Lingampally MMTS Station is located only 2 km away.
