Some of the best schools near Lodha Amara are Billabong High International School, Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School, R.J. Thakur College and NG Bedekar College. 

• Investment scope

Properties in Thane have seen a good growth in the past decade. Considering Lodha Amara is within close proximity of buzzing places in Thane and close to many IT and corporate offices like TCS I think it has a fair growth potential.

So I can reach my workplace in just 15 minutes. I was so satisfied with their luxurious structure and world-class facilities that were mentioned in the brochure. Also the Kasarvadavali proposed metro is just 5 mins from Lodha Amara. You can also find famous schools near this project such as  D.A.V. Public School, Lodha World School. Malls like Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital can be found within the radius of 4 kilometers from this project.
