To answer it in short I will just say – Yes! Why? Stick to the answer.
Actually there is no ‘good time’ in investing into stock market and real estate. All you have do is to wait for the perfect time and strike the rod when it is hot. Frankly speaking, as per the reports from various tycoons of real estate, this is the right time. The post pandemic scenario, as per Magicbricks reports, has increased the demand for small & ready to move in properties by more than 5.65%. The giant real estate companies have digitized the enquiry and booking facility by introducing Virtual Reality making it easier for the buyer to book a property.
Moreover as per my personal standpoint I would like to add something. The recent homecoming of the migrant labours in there respective state will help in low labour cost in the states as the supply of labour is more than its demand. But I’ll advice to eye for the investment in states like UP, West Bengal & Bihar because these states have the majority of the migrant labours. So if the labour cost is low, the overall project cost will be much lower & the more lower the building cost, the more the profit is. So in my opinion it is absolutely the right time for an investor to invest and to sit back & relax to earn a bigger profit than usual.
