is pride world city good?

I am planning to invest in an apartment in Pride World City so I have been doing my research. I went to see the project last month with my broker friend. Let me give you my honest Pride World City review 2021.

• There are several schools, restaurants, malls, parks, and hospitals nearby, so it is ideal for people with kids. This was my friend’s Pride World City Long Island reviews.

• It is strategically located at Charholi Budruk, which is a developing residential area in Pune. Charholi Budruk also has a huge bank of land with various complete and ongoing projects by top developers. With the proposed 170 Km Ring Road, the property prices in this locality are sure to increase in the future.

• I also talked to residents about the Pride World City Kingsbury reviews and they said that it is a nice residential project. They don’t face any power cut issues and the water supply is also good.

I am here to guide you with my Pride World City reviews. The reason I admire this project is that it is way too close to the Pune Airport; just 10 minutes. So if you are more of a travel person, you can definitely give this project a try. If your family enjoys going to parks and walks just like mine, then the Pride World City is located in a great position. It is close to Koregaon Park, so you can have family outings there. If you are looking for a chill vibe, then you can also walk to pubs with a great amazing vibe and food with your friends (Mi A Mi is my favourite). Recently my wife and I went shopping at Phoenix Market City. It is 15 minutes away and I don’t think it’s that bad.

I wanted you to know the genuine Pride World City reviews, so this is what I found out when I was searching for this project online. One of the flat buyers faced constant issues and didn’t get a proper response from the team. When they booked a flat by taking a loan from SBI, they needed a NOC from the builder as they had to submit it for the home loan process. But the management team of the project didn’t respond to them with a proper solution and they had to approach them several times to get it. It took so much time to get this process done and even they had to pay the charges which were pretty more than the previously mentioned. If that’s the inconvenience one has to go through, I am not sure if I would be investing in this project. Please think hard before investing in this project.

Let me share my thoughts on Pride World City reviews. When I visited the property, I was quite happy to see the property's surroundings and environment. And you know what, it comes with a very comfortable and pleasant surrounding environment. My wife also loved the 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK wonderfully designed residential apartments. The reason is that my wife loves to decorate the house. She is a home interior designer. So, we were looking at a bigger space. We have decided we’ll go with the 2BHK flat as it is suitable for our budget.
