In Ghaziabad, Siddharth Vihar is a growing residential neighbourhood. It is situated to the east of the Hindon River, adjacent to the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. I have seen that it is bordered by Vijay Nagar, Pratap Vihar, and Indirapuram. Gaurs Siddhartham, Prateek Grand City, and Brahmaputra Enclave are important projects. The closest train station, Ghaziabad Junction, is 3 kilometres away. The distance to Indira Gandhi International Airport, which is 37 kilometres away, is roughly 1.5 hours. These are the plus points I observed so far.
But I have seen that passengers struggle in crowded buses and metro stations. Traffic jams are a significant problem for travellers since illegal parking frequently blocks pedestrian paths in Siddhartha Vihar. As far as multi-level norms are concerned, there is no parking space.
So in general, it all depends on the project you choose and the surrounding area around that. So explore the locality carefully and then invest.
