Is Suraksha smart city project at Vasai East a failure? Well, as per my understanding calling this project a failure would be too much. Yes, there are concerns about the progress and potential for achieving smart city status. But currently, a lot of construction is going on. Along with that, lots of people already live there. It can be said that in the near future, the property prices are going to increase, and it is going to turn into a decent locality. I hope this helps.
