For Transfer of Katha, the procedure should be as follows:

  • Apply the prescribed form: Login to 

www.sakala.kar.nic.in/online/bbmp

  • Go to Khata transfer

  • You should posses the Title documents, and the flow chart of the title

  • Copy of up to date tax paid receipt

  • Affidavit regarding inheritance, gift and court decree

  • Get the Sakala number which can be used to track the status

  • Every stage will be updated and informed through SMS
