Janapriya Nile Valley is right at the LBS road, one of the fastest developing areas of Hyderabad. Thinking about my daily transportation, the Chanda Nagar Bus Station and Chanda Nagar MMTS Station are 10 mins away. Even the new Miyapur Metro Station is a short 10 mins away from the property. Moreover, good schools, hospitals, and entertainment centres are within reach. I googled and found that KIMS Hospital, AIG Hospital, and SLG Hospital are within 15 minutes as well. I read in another Janapriya Nile Valley that the project has received all required approval for completion. 

Corporate offices of big companies ie IBM Dr Reddy’s Lab, Hi-Tech City, H.E.L IBM 1, H.E.L are close by.

 The project will have all the amenities you can think of, from a 20-metre swimming pool, gym, cycling studio, badminton court, and yoga studio to car parking. The project seems very spacious. The sales executive told me, out of the total area of 25 acres, 55% will be open space. The project has taken all legal approvals from the Hyderabad urban planning authorities. Moreover, the project is being built in phases. There will be a total of 2400 units. End of my Janapriya Nile Valley review

I have booked a flat in Janapriya Nile Valley. The layout of the units is good with balconies, plenty of windows and spacious rooms. You can choose between 2BHK and 3BHK. The size of the apartment ranges from 87.33 Sq. mt and 149.11 Sq. mt. I am hoping the project gets completed according to the allotted timeline. Currently, it is under construction. I read in another Janapriya Nile Valley review that the possession date has been set for Dec 2022. Book your dream house in Janapriya Nile Valley without paying brokerage. Only on NoBroker.
