Hey, you can get the electricity bill transferred on your name if you have other legally valid documents that show the property is under your name. To do so, visit the nearest BESCOM office for Electricity Meter name transfer. You will have to fill an  application form and attach necessary documents

The AE/JE will verify your documents.

Finally,  submit the verified documents and application form at BESCOM office.
