What are the reviews of Kolte Patil Exente Electronic City, Bangalore ?

I decided to write this Kolte Patil Exente review because I believe it's an important forum where I can voice my issues with this project. This Project is extremely delayed, it was supposed to be handed over in June 2022 for Tower E, D, and C, and Dec 2022 for Tower A and B but till now not even a single flat is handed over. If you ask their CRM team they will not give you any affirmative answer. I am not sure whether there are any Kolte Patil Exente legal issues, for which the delay is happening. If you want a hassle-free, customer-focused experience, stay away from this project.

I visited this project to book an apartment in the  Kolte Patil Exente Bangalore project. The Kolte Patil Exente price ranges from Rs. 69 Lac To Rs. 99 Lac. The size of the units ranges from 1230 - 1715 Sq.Ft. The project provides 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK apartments.

When I visited this Kolte Patil Exente Bangalore project, I found that the project is decent in terms of construction quality and the location is really good. However, it is compromised on open space. Another disappointing fact is that nobody from the sales team interacted with us properly. The only person who genuinely interacted with us was the security guard at the main gate.

The best part about the Kolte Patil  exente review is the location. The project is located in Electronic City, Bangalore with schools and medical infrastructure in the immediate vicinity. St.Joseph English High School, Ebenezer International School ,Ramakrishna Healthcare & Trauma centre, Apollo Hospital to name a few. It connects to the rest of Bengaluru via NICE Ring Road & NH-7. The residents will get Easy access to major IT hubs. Popular tourist spots in Indira Nagar, HSR Layout, MG Road are a drive away.
