Haan, putra vadhu aapke swa-arjit makaan me court ke dwara pravesh kar sakte hain, lekin isme kuch mahatvapurna batein dhyan me rakhni chahiye:

  1. Kanooni Prakriya: Putra vadhu ko court ke dwara pravesh karne ke liye kanooni prakriya ka palan karna hoga. Yadi aapka ladka use court par rakhne ko taiyar hai, toh aapko court me jaakar is vishay me salah leni chahiye.

  2. Sammati Patra: Putra vadhu ko pravesh karne ke liye aapka ladka aapki sammati patra (No Objection Certificate) prastut karega. Is patra me aapko putra vadhu ko apne makaan me rehne ki anumati deni hoti hai.

  3. Kanooni Adhikar: Putra vadhu ko kanooni adhikar milte hain apne sasural me rehne ke liye. Aapke ladke ke dwara putra vadhu ko anya kisi tarah se nikalne ki koshish nahi ki ja sakti.
