I came to know about the Lodha Amara location, which was on Kolshet Road, Thane, Mumbai, from a social media ad. I visited the property to gather more information about it. During my visit, I also learned that this project has quite a lot of amenities, and among those skating rink, library, Spa/steam/sauna and aerobics room stood out to me. They also told me about the Lodha Amara RERA number, which was P51700001065. As everything seemed perfect to me, I bought an apartment here. I hope you find the Lodha Amara latest reviews helpful.

While searching for apartments in Thane, I learned about this project from a friend of mine. He provided me with the location details, and after that, I visited it. The first thing I asked during my visit was the Lodha Amara price. The executive provided me with a list of prices that I have added below.

Hi, Living in this society is a pleasure. Every amenity imaginable is offered methodically. The only issue is the separate parking, however, help is available in the form of a community vehicle. Overall, a really pleasant and secure campus. For individuals who live alone, the shopping center's accessibility makes it a convenient society. I was previously wondering ”Is Lodha Amara a good investment?” However, I am so happy that I booked a flat here. I believe this is a good investment opportunity because it is located in prime central Thane, with locational advantages like;

If you search online there are several online positive Lodha Amara Thane reviews. However, being a resident I want to point out a few cons of this project;

  1. There are amenities, but because of overcrowding, you hardly ever get to use them.

  2. There is a monthly minimum of ten days without water or water scarcity. Additionally, the majority of the water in the society is tanker water, which is so poor that individuals are going bald from it.

  3. Another major issue in our society is parking. It takes between five and twenty minutes, depending on where your tower is.

The Lodha Amara project is huge. This project is spread across 40 acres of land. I wonder whether any other project in the vicinity has such a huge area. I have the Lodha Amara unit size along with their prices so you can take a look at it here:

The best part of this project is the Lodha Amara address. The location is easily accessible and enjoys great connectivity from Kolshet Road. It is located just

  • 05 minutes from Kolshet Industrial Area

  • 10 minutes from Manpada

  • 10 minutes from Boulevard Mall and Viviana Mall

  • 10 minutes away from the proposed Metro Station at Majiwada

  • 15 minutes from Vasant Vihar

  • 20 minutes from Thane Railway Station

  • 30 minutes from Airoli

The Eastern Express Highway and Ghodnuner Road also help it connect with the rest of the city. Atleast for me, good location is a primary aspect a project must have. 

I have verified that the project is RERA-approved as well. The Lodha Amara RERA number is W24, 25 - P51700020128, W41 - P51700020088, W42 - P51700020164, W46 - P51700018579, and W50 - P51700020157. You can check the details on the MAHARERA website if you want. The Lodha Amara possession date is also near. It will be wrapped up by the end of this year so if you are interested, do visit and book your apartment ASAP.

Lodha Amara is an under construction project on Kolshet Road, Thane, Maharashtra. There is a lot of real estate development happening in Thane and Lodha is amongst the top real estate developers in the country. So, if I were in your place, I would like to believe that a builder with a huge reputation in the industry would ensure that the project is worth every penny. In my understanding,

Lodha has a good completion rate and there are no complaints regarding the delivery of other promised projects. That is one factor to count on. 

Some of the top things that I personally stand out for this project are:

Location:

The location of Lodha Amara project is such that it is within green and serene surroundings away from the city noise, yet extensively connected to the city. There is good rail and road connectivity within Thane and every part of Mumbai. This location of Thane is rapidly growing and many IT companies are setting up offices in this area such as Deloitte and TCS.

In terms of facilities, I believe Lodha Amara customer review will be positive since they have a host of them. They have gyms, swimming pools, clubhouses, amphitheaters, splash gardens, indoor and outdoor party avenues, aromatic gardens, jungle gym, etc. in their properties. 

Investment scope

Thane is a hotspot for investment and I believe it is safe to say that Lodha Amara properties are a good deal for investment. As mentioned before, there are many IT companies which are investing in this area, hence price appreciation can't be denied. It is also worth noting that the facilities, amenities and locality are premium with excellent connectivity, therefore, it all adds up.

Although, Lodha Amara review are yet to surface but I believe that there will be tons of positive ones. However, make a wise decision based on your own judgement.
