What are the reviews of Lodha Sterling, Kolshet, Maharashtra ?

Lodha Sterling price is just way too much. You will get several properties in Kolshet at a cheaper rate. I visited this project just in September and trust me the rooms are not very spacious. The Lodha Sterling floor plan is 820 sq ft and 902 sq ft for 2 BHK and for 3 BHK it is 1041 sq ft and 1266 sq ft. For 4 BHK it is 2040 sq ft. The location is undoubtedly good but I am concerned highly for the price one has to pay. Although, their official website mentions clearly that about 250 families have already moved in, but final possession date is September 2025 so let's wait a bit and see what improvements they make.

Lodha Sterling floor plan and it was appealing. Loha Group is already a reputed builder so be sure you won’t get cheated. The Lodha Sterling address and location is pretty good to attract a lot of customers. The Thane railway station is just 30mins away from there. When I cycled out the project in March, the sales team said that the Lodha Sterling price starts from Rs 1.90 Crores. I am just a bit concerned about their corporation and borewell water supply and just wish the water supply will be good. Most of the projects have water problems but I am truly looking forward to this project.

They were giving a discount of Rs 5 lakhs on the Lodha Sterling price for the first 20 bookings and my brother was able to grab the offer. It has about 60% open space so yes, you will get fresh air and an environment to live a serene and peaceful life. Hey, I have conducted a deep dive into Lodha Sterling issues as I wanted to book a flat in this residential project. I was looking for a place with great facilities to make my family’s life easier. I give the facility aspect a solid 4/5 in Lodha Sterling reviews. The place has 24X7 Power Back up, 24X7 Security, Air Conditioning, Amphitheatre, Broadband Connectivity, Club House, Covered Parking, Garden, Gym, Joggers Track, Kids Play Area, Landscaped Park, Lawn Tennis Court, Library, Lift, Maintenance Staff, Multi-Purpose Court, Open Parking, Rain Water Harvesting, Shopping Arcade, Swimming Pool, Temple, Vaastu Compliant, Visitor Parking, Waste Disposal, Water Storage, Wifi. I haven’t heard people make Lodha Sterling complaints. 

No Lodha Sterling reviews are complete without price info. The residential project has luxury apartments that range from INR 1.18 Cr to 4.50 Cr. There are 6 low-rise, mansion blocks within the boundary. The flats are ready in different unit sizes. The 3 BHK Flat ranges from 1041. 0 sq. Ft. - 1266. 0 sq. Ft. Whereas, the 2 BHK ranges from 820. 0 sq. Ft. - 902. 0 sq. Ft. The spacious 4 BHK Flat ranges from 2040. 0 sq. Ft. - 2040. 0 sq. Ft. The project has been approved by MAHA RERA. My only Lodha Sterling complaints is the lack of 1 BHK luxury flats.
