What are the reviews of Mahindra Luminare, Sector 59, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon?

The apartments at Mahindra Luminare Sector 59 Gurgaon are a bit costly, but they are worth it. They are elegant, spacious, and well-designed. The Mahindra Luminare Gurgaon price starts from Rs 4.18 crores onwards. You will get 3 and 4 BHKs or even penthouses here. I checked out this project a few months ago, and apart from loving the interiors, I loved the extraordinary apartments. The dwellers can enjoy-

• Spa to groom themselves or enjoy a relaxing time

• Cards and playroom to have some quality time with their loved ones

• Multi-cuisine restaurant to serve innumerable variety of dishes

• Banquet facilities to help you hold an event anytime

• Urban river landscapes are truly worth looking at in your leisure time. It will surely soothe one’s mind and soul

• 10% of the parking space will have an electric charging facility

I have checked the Mahindra Luminare brochure online through NoBroker as well, and all the details are true and minutely described. Their high-speed internet connection can also help the residents work from home without interruption, and I feel nowadays it is one of the most important amenities. 

Mahindra Luminare Sector 59 Gurgaon is almost complete. In fact, most of the towers’ possessions are also given, and only a few are left. The only positive aspect of this project is the Mahindra Luminare address. It is

near the Hyatt Hotel, Sector 59, the golf course extension, Gurugram. It is well-connected with the rest of the city but still, that cannot hide its negative points like-

• Excessive and unnecessary maintenance charges(Rs 8,000- Rs 12,000)

• No proper power supply as promised

• The sudden voltage fluctuation damages the appliances so beware

• The number of trees is quite low compared to what they said, so don’t believe you will get to see only greenery around yourself.

Above all, if you compare the

Mahindra Luminare floor plan with other apartments located near this project, you will see the price is way too much. I personally did not like it during my visit here in February. 

The first time you see Mahindra Luminar, you will be blown away by the sheer beauty of the project. You will see all the amenities you can think of. I was looking for a place which was near schools, recreation centres and business parks. Mahindra Luminar is a short drive away from Pathways School Gurgaon, FitnessClub Gym and Phoenix Tennis Academy Arunodaya Deseret Eye Hospital (ADEH), Arya Physiotherapy Clinic - Best Physiotherapist | Sports Injury In Sushant Lok II Sector 56 Gurgaon and Ambi's Clinic - Women & Child Wellness Clinic. The project has revived all legal paperwork. I have booked a flat with the builder via NoBroker.

Mahindra Luminare review negative points: The amenities don't work as they should. 24Hr uninterrupted power supply was promised yet the project sees about 5-10 power cuts per day. Due to this, there are voltage spikes and electronic equipment often burns. 

There is a big security risk as the revenue road of village Behrampur cuts right through the property. This is a big issue for most homeowners there. I was thinking of buying an apartment in Mahindra Luminare but the public access issue is a huge security problem for me. 

I visited Mahindra Luminare a few months ago. Just as I entered, I was impressed by the construction quality. The project is well connected to Delhi NCR by highways and intercity metro. Even, the heart of Gurgaon i.e Golf Course Road and cybercity is only a short drive away. There are many offices/ tech parks near the property. I would suggest you see the brochure, read Mahindra Luminare reviews and then decide if you want to invest in a property like that. 

I think Mahindra Luminare is one of the best properties in Gurgaon. I love the layout of the flats, thanks to the private lift lobby for each unit and the running balcony. All the flats are spacious and get plenty of sunlight and ventilation. There are premium amenities within boundaries. The project is currently ready to move and lavish 32000 Sq. Fts Clubhouse. The location of the project has everything one could think of, from schools, medical facilities, and hospitals to entertainment. End of my Mahindra Luminare review.
