My husband and I had been wanting to move into a 3 BHK for a long time, so we looked up the Microtek Greenburg floor plan online and then went to see it in person. We both loved the project. Here are some of the specifications that attracted me-

• A well-planned modular kitchen with an ample number of drawers to organise things

• Laminated wooden floorings for the bedrooms and Italian marble flooring for the living rooms

• 2 swimming pools

• Wi-fi enabled towers to help you get high-speed internet

• Ss railing with toughened glass is used in balconies giving it both a classy look and safe

• Fuzzishu Lifts in each tower with 5 years maintenance free of cost

I also believe these specifications will help us get a good

I wonder why no one is mentioning the Microtek Greenburg issues. I bought an apartment here in 2020 and since then here is the list of problems I am facing-

• Seepage issues occurring frequently

• No proper maintenance is done

• No proper water drainage system, especially in the rainy season. Water gets stagnant here, mainly in the basement whenever there is 10 mins of rain

The Microtek Greenburg complaints are abundant here. You can visit, have a talk with a resident here, and then decide whether to invest here or not. I will not recommend this project to anyone.
