I just love the location of the project. Mirchi Venice City is located in a premium area, it is very safe. There is a 200 feet and a 100 feet Road that connects the main road to the project site. There are street lights outside the society as well. It doesn’t feel dark and aloof in the evening. Within the preheat, construction of 40 & 30 feet Internal CC Road has already started. I could not see the entire project site, though I saw the clubhouse and the maintenance, plantation of lush gardens. Luckily, it is near both the IT district and financial district.

I saw 4 BHK villas in Mirchi Venice City on the NoBroker page. From the looks of it, the society has a beautiful interior with good space for parking and ample facilities. One of the major questions I had was whether the construction was according to Vastu or not. All 247 Luxury Villas are Vastu compliant. I am happy I invested in this project. There are necessary facilities like a Sewerage treatment plant and Over Head Water Tank within the boundary wall. The design and amenities are both very nice.

I was worried about buying a flat in Mirchi Venice City as I had not heard about Mirchi Developers before. I didn’t know whether they were reputed or not. I did some research and saw that the project has been approved by HMDA. Even though the project was started in 2021, it has made good construction progress. People will get possession by the end of this year. From the sale videos and floor plans, I think the villas will be luxurious. All the raw material being used, from cement to bricks is from popular brands. I will surely be visiting the project site once to ease my anxiety.
