What are the reviews of Prestige Song of the South, Begur Road, South Bangalore?

Hello Samardeep. I went through several Prestige Song of the South reviews before finalizing the 3 BHK in this project. I would like to share my review with you today. The apartment is great to live in, with scenic views from the window. There is a Super Mart available inside the society and the clubhouse is also quite nice. The only problem is that the lane reaching the society is not broad enough, so the area attracts a lot of traffic.

The Prestige Song of the South address is on Begur Road, South of Bangalore. We preferred this property as there is almost no pollution here, which is very difficult to find in a city like Bangalore. The ambiance is a thing to admire and so is the engineering. The society has several amenities like a multiplex, gym, shopping complex, a large swimming pool, preschool and daycare, which aren’t common in many other societies. A thumbs up for the property from my side.

The Song of the South is an excellent project developed by the Prestige group.  It has 10+ tall towers in a circular layout spread across 33 acres.

I was thinking to invest in this project as the area is developing rapidly as multiple projects coming up in & around the location. Also, the brand name of Prestige is a huge boost & the Project is equally good for self-use/ Investment.

Hence, I believe investing here will generate a  good Prestige Song of the South resale value.

Also, I really liked the construction quality;

• RCC framed structure

• Security Cabins at all Entrances and Exits with Peripheral CCTV Coverage

• 100% Power Back-up for all Apartments at additional cost
