Hey,

Ancestral Property in India is divided according to Property law. The property is divided equally amongst sons and daughters.

On the other hand, the self-bought property is divided according to the will. Legal Heirs don't have any claim on the property unless specified in the will.

Your father's property will be divided into two equal shares. The shares of the younger brother will further be divided amongst his children. The father's shares will be divided amongst four sons and one daughter.
